Schools across the UAE will return to in-person learning from Monday, 11 May, following recent precautionary remote learning measures introduced across the country.

The Ministry of Education confirmed that public and private schools, along with nurseries, will resume normal classroom teaching for students, teachers and administrative staff.

Education authorities said schools will continue following approved safety procedures while ensuring lessons and assessments continue without disruption.

Many parents welcomed the return to classrooms, saying students benefit from face-to-face learning, improved interaction and a more structured school environment.

Schools across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates have already informed families about updated transport schedules and classroom arrangements ahead of reopening.

Authorities added that they will continue monitoring the situation closely and provide updates if required.
