While Manchester City's fans across the globe celebrated being crowned Premier League Champions for a second successive season, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and an ardent sports enthusiast took to Twitter to send a special congratulatory message to His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who acquired the club in 2008, on winning a major sports trophy.
In the tweet, congratulating his "brother" His Highness Sheikh Hamdan wrote, "Congratulations to my brother @HHMansoor for @ManCity¹s 2nd successive Premier League title. His Highness Sheikh Mansour owned Manchester City FC beat Brighton on the latter's home ground by 4-1 to confirm them as Premier League champions for a second year in the row.
The team finsihed top of the league ahead of Liverpool by just 1 point and Chelsea finishing in third place for the 2019 Premier League.
