Dubai Comedy Festival is set to take place from 2 to 12 October, and it’s bigger than ever. Organisers have just added new shows, featuring star comedians like Shawn Chidiac, to the citywide celebration of comedy, bringing fresh acts and even more laughs to venues across Dubai.
New additions include Lebanese-Canadian internet star Shawn Chidiac, also known as 'My Parents Are Divorced' on Instagram, French viral comic David Voinson, South African sensation Masood Boomgaard, and British bilingual comedian Paul Taylor famous for his 'WTF France' series, all of whom will be performing at New Covent Garden Theatre, Mall of the Emirates.
Shawn Chidiac will be performing on 4 October, David Voinson on 7 October, Masood Boomgaard on 9 October, and Paul Taylor on 10 October.
This year’s lineup already includes big names such as Mo Amer, Tom Segura, Joanne McNally, Zakir Khan, Omid Djalili, Morgan Jay, Akaash Singh, Gaurav Kapoor, Amer Zahr, John Achkar and others.
The lineup now spans six languages including English, Arabic, Hindi, French, Russian and German, making the festival truly inclusive for Dubai’s diverse audience.
