Dubai Comedy Festival has added another heavyweight to its already star-studded roster. Acclaimed comedian and Netflix star Mo Amer will headline two exclusive back-to-back shows at Dubai Opera on 9 October.
Returning to the festival for the first time since his debut in 2020, Mo Amer’s comeback arrives at a high point in his career. Known for his blend of sharp observational humour and deeply personal storytelling, Amer has earned international recognition through his award-winning Netflix series MO, standout performances in Ramy and Black Adam, and several hit stand-up specials.
Amer’s Dubai shows promise a rare, up-close experience, offering a more intimate alternative to his usual arena-scale performances. Audiences can expect fresh material that delves into fatherhood, fame, and life in the public eye, delivered with his signature honesty and wit.
Tickets start from Dhs 295 onwards. Comedy lovers can book now at Dubai Comedy Festival's official website.
