Dubai's Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) has officially launched three advisory bodies: the first Dubai Parents Council, the first Dubai Educators Council, and the second cohort of the Dubai Students Council.

The initiative directly supports Dubai's Education 33 (E33) Strategy, which aims to create a student-centred, future-ready learning system. The newly formed bodies comprise:

  • Dubai Parents Council: 15 Emirati and expatriate parents from private schools.
  • Dubai Educators Council: 15 teachers and school leadership professionals.
  • Dubai Students Council: 16 Grade 9 to 12 students representing private school cohorts across the emirate.

Members were selected from hundreds of applications through a transparent evaluation process. The voluntary, one-year appointments allow representatives to meet directly with KHDA officials to deliberate on curriculum policies, wellbeing programmes, inclusive learning, and home-school partnerships.
