His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, has been officially promoted to the rank of General.
The promotion was formalised under a federal decree issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE. The decree will be published in the official gazette.
