Relish Delightful Christmas Treats In Emirates Lounges
In terms of lounges, the first and business-class lounges are set to offer roasted turkey breast with jus and cranberry sauce, accompanied by glazed chestnuts, Brussels sprouts, and delightful new potatoes. First-class lounges will feature a variety of winter desserts, including traditional mince pies with vanilla sauce, red currant cheesecake, and cinnamon profiteroles.
In the business class lounges, Christmas dinner and tempting desserts like sour cherry confit, Christmas fruit cake, ginger-spiced pear and chocolate praline cake, spiced citrus mandarin confit cake, and cranberry sorbet will be served. Lounge visitors can enjoy apple pie and gingerbread ice cream or opt for cosy drinks like gingerbread lattes or toffee nut mochas.
In-Flight Treats For Passengers
For the in-flight experience throughout December, Emirates will offer festive meals and snacks in all cabins. First, business and premium economy class passengers can indulge in classic Christmas dishes, including lemon and herb marinated king prawns, cured salmon gravadlax with ginger, candied orange, and caviar. A full festive main course with roasted turkey, chestnuts and more will be available. Desserts feature Christmas pudding, white chocolate cake with raspberry curd, and a spiced cranberry cake shaped like Santa’s belt.
Economy class passengers will enjoy a Christmas meal with roasted turkey or chicken roulade, chestnut stuffing, roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a sumptuous fruit cake with orange sauce.
Throughout December, first and business-class customers will be treated to the Emirates spiced strawberry welcome drink, and first-class customers will receive a miniature Santa Claus crafted from strawberries and white chocolate cream.
From 17 to 26 December, all classes will be offered a festive hot chocolate with melting marshmallows.
Additionally, from 20 December to 8 January, Emirates will celebrate Orthodox Christmas on flights from Russia, Egypt, and Ethiopia to Dubai and back.
