His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, visited the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi on Monday, 7 September 2026.

Located in the Saadiyat Cultural District, the facility spans 13.8 billion years of natural history. During his tour, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed was briefed on the immersive exhibits, rare meteorites, ancient fossils, and interactive displays that recount the story of the universe and life on Earth, including reimagined scenes of Abu Dhabi's historical natural ecosystem.

Highlighting the economic and social importance of cultural institutions, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed noted that investing in museums fosters awareness among future generations while preserving the nation's heritage.

The Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi adds to the growing cluster of world-class cultural landmarks in the capital, offering UAE residents and international visitors a major destination for scientific education, research, and heritage preservation.
