In a survey conducted by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), 93% of parents reported that they feel their children are safe at school.
The KHDA survey also revealed that 73% of students feel safe at school.
Teachers at schools also filled out the survey, where 62% reported that the school environment makes them feel safe and gives them the opportunity to thrive.
Over 700,000 parents, teachers and students participated in the survey in April. Throughout the month of August, KHDA will announce the results from the data collected.
