The Dubai Model Centre has completed an evaluation of the services provided by the Government of Dubai.

Held in partnership with Digital Dubai Authority as part of the ongoing evaluation by the Hamdan bin Mohammed Programme for Government Services, the websites, smart applications and contact centres were assessed.

The evaluation is in line with the Services 360 vision and the Digital Transformation Strategy within the one government concept.

Services 360 is a roadmap for the future of government services to provide an integrated solution focusing on the customer, including family, transportation, housing, and business setup.

Over 17 local government entities, three federal agencies, three private sector companies and 17 call centres as well as 38 websites and 25 smart applications, affiliated with the Dubai government were evaluated.

His Excellency Abdulla Al Basti, Secretary General of The Executive Council of Dubai said, “Upgrading services and creating an exceptional experience is a priority for the Dubai government and embodies the vision of our leadership to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and quality. Our goal goes beyond providing pioneering services. We aim to become a global destination, not only in government work but across all sectors related to providing a better quality of life. We are committed to creating seamless services that align with Dubai’s global reputation.”
