Dubai Airports has been awarded the Gold Stevie Award for the most innovative workplace redesign during the COVID-19 pandemic category.
Announced during the seventh annual Stevie Awards for Great Employers, the award was received for the initiatives taken to protect the health and wellbeing of employees, customers and guests.
The initiatives taken included free onsite testing and vaccination facilities for staff and their families, removing video conferencing restrictions to enable remote working, and using an e-signature platform to enable a digital workforce.
