The UAE has crossed over 1 million COVID-19 cases since the pandemic started.
In the latest numbers reported on Tuesday, 919 new cases were announced by the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) from the 197,921 tests taken over the past 24 hours.
The total number of recorded cases in the UAE now stands at 1,000,556, out of which 979,362 have recovered.
No deaths were recorded and 859 people have recovered in the past 24 hours.
Cases have declined this week after a spike in COVID-19 cases in June.
