Emirates along with Airlink have expanded their partnership into a unilateral codeshare agreement.
The agreement will now offer passengers travelling to and from South Africa access to over 40 domestic and regional destinations in over 12 African countries.
Passengers can now receive better connectivity options while travelling with Emirates and Airlink by getting baggage transfers when connecting from one flight to another and combined ticketing.
Individuals that are travelling can now connect from Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban to various domestic points including Bloemfontein, George, Upington, Nelspruit, Hoedspruit, Kimberley, Skukuza, Pietermaritzburg, Richards Bay, Sishen, Mthatha and Port Elizabeth.
Transfers to points across Southern Africa are also available including Gaborone, Kasane, Vilanculos, Lubumbashi, Dar es Salaam, Entebbe, Maseru, Antananarivo, Pemba, Tete, Maun, Victoria Falls, Walvis Bay, Maputo, Windhoek, Harare, Lusaka, Ndola, Bulawayo, Livingstone and more.
