Testing of all passengers on arrival in Dubai will be stopped from 1 August for most countries, however a list has been published of 29 countries where people arriving from those countries need to be double tested for coronavirus COVID-19. Upon arrival passengers from the listed countries need to take a mandatory PCR test at the airport and also provide a negative coronavirus COVID-19 test result certificate from their country of origin that was taken no more than 96 hours before their departure date.

Armenia
Bangladesh
Brazil
Djibouti
Egypt
Eritrea
India
Indonesia
Iran
Iraq
Kazakhstan
Kyrgyzstan
Lebanon
Montenegro
Nigeria
Pakistan
Philippines
Russia
Serbia
Somalia
South Africa
Sri Lanka
Sudan
Tajikistan
Tanzania
Turkmenistan
Uzbekistan
United States of America from Dallas Fort Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando, and also passengers originating from California, Florida and Texas who connect to an Emirates flight to Dubai from any airport
Passengers arriving at airports in other emirates will still undergo a PCR test at the airport on arrival.
All passengers arriving in Dubai will need to provide a negative coronavirus COVID-19 test result certificate that was taken no more than 96 hours before their departure date.
