Precautionary advice has been given in light of unstable weather expected across Dubai from Monday, 23 March to Friday, 27 March.
Rainfall is expected at intervals along with winds reaching speeds of up to 50kph, leading to dusty air and reduced visibility in some areas.
Drivers are advised to remain vigilant, slow down, and be mindful of wet roads and limited visibility.
According to the UAE’s National Centre of Meteorology (NCM), cloudy skies and rain are expected across the UAE throughout the week, and temperatures dropping, reaching a high of 27°C in Dubai and 28°C in Abu Dhabi and lows of 22°C on Monday, 23 March.
On Tuesday, 24 March, Dubai is forecast a high of 26°C during the day and low of 21°C at night, and Abu Dhabi at a high of 27°C during the day and a low of 21°C.
NCM says temperatures will rise for the remainder of the week to highs of 29°C and lows of 22°C, though rain and winds will continue.
