Emaar, the real estate company behind iconic structures such as Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, has announced Dubai Mansions, a Dhs 100 billion ultra-luxury development project.
Located beside Dubai Hills Estate and close to Dubai Hills Mall, the expansive master community will include 40,000 upscale homes that promise to set a new benchmark in luxury living.
Each mansion, ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 square feet, is crafted to combine architectural uniqueness with modern comfort. With refined interiors, spacious plots and elegant landscaping, Dubai Mansions is designed to offer both luxury and a sense of community.
Dubai Mansions will also feature a mix of premium lifestyle amenities, including a championship golf course, high-end retail outlets, health and wellness facilities, and lush parks designed to boost well-being and social connection.
Even though full details are not revealed yet, including the expected date of its launch, Emaar describes the project as one that 'promises an unprecedented lifestyle offering' and that it will be 'a new icon of living'. Emaar also describes Dubai Mansions as a project designed for an elite clientele, which will attract more high net-worth individuals into the city.
