The Emirates Group has announced record-breaking profits for the 2025-26 financial year and is rewarding staff with a massive 20-week salary bonus.
The Dubai-based aviation giant confirmed it remains the world’s most profitable airline group after reporting its strongest-ever financial performance despite regional airspace disruption earlier this year.
Thousands of Emirates and dnata employees across the UAE are expected to benefit from the bonus. The company said the results were driven by strong global travel demand, expanding routes and continued passenger growth.
The announcement comes as Emirates continues large-scale recruitment across cabin crew, pilots and engineering teams in Dubai and worldwide.
The airline has regularly rewarded staff following strong financial performances, but this latest payout is among the largest in its history.
