Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) is back this November, and it’s bringing a refreshed identity, exciting new events, and renewed energy to make 2025 the most inclusive edition yet.
Announced at a special appreciation event honouring DFC partners including schools, fitness centres and government entities, His Excellency Khalfan Belhoul, Vice Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council and CEO of the Dubai Future Foundation, revealed that the 2025 edition of DFC will run from 1 to 30 November, aligning with the UAE’s Year of Community.
This year’s challenge comes with a bold new logo and visual identity, with vibrant colours and dynamic lines that reflect the energy, diversity, and inclusive spirit of the citywide movement.

The 2025 calendar promises thirty days of free, city-wide events, fitness villages, classes, and activities designed to make fitness accessible to all residents, regardless of age or ability.
This year's DFC will include a new flagship event 'Dubai Yoga', on 30 November, bringing the event to a close with a sunset yoga session. Returning events include 'Dubai Ride' on 2 November, 'Dubai Stand-Up Paddle' on 8 and 9 November and 'Dubai Run' on 23 November.
DFC was launched in 2017 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence of the UAE and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, with a vision to turn Dubai into one of the world’s most active and health-conscious cities. In 2024, DFC saw a record-breaking 2.73 million participants, a fourteen percent increase from the year before.
