During the first half of 2022, the Smart Police Stations (SPS) processed 48,462 transactions.
The SPS, drive-thru and walk-in also welcomed 413,540 customers during the first half of the year.
The smart police stations are open round the clock and provide all the required services without human interaction.
Officers are also available to assist customers through video calls and can speak in seven languages, assisting in 27 essential services and 33 community-based services.
