One of the most popular Broadway shows, Disney's The Lion King will debut this year in Abu Dhabi.
The amazing theatre retelling of the Disney classic has received high reviews during its permanent residences in New York, London, Madrid and Tokyo as well as on its international tours in New Zealand, Australia and South Korea and will now make its mark in Abu Dhabi.
Completing 25 years since its Broadway premiere, the play will be held for four weeks from 18 November till 10 December at the Eithad Arena.
Special previews will also be held on 16 and 17 November.
The story will follow along the journey of Simba from a child to growing up to become the rightful heir of Pride Lands.
The shows will be held during the week as well as on weekends, with two performances.
Ticket prices start at Dhs 200 and will be available on the Platinum List website and on the Etihad Arena website.
