700,000 Residential Units To Be Available By 2022

WAM

Dubai is expected to have around 700,000 residential units available by the end of 2022.

As mentioned in a report by JLL, the real estate services and analysis report, ZaZEN Properties, the real estate developer commented that the real estate market is expected to return to what it was pre-pandemic.

657,000 apartments and villas have already been reported by 31 March with 42,000 more expected by the end of the year.

The increase in the UE real estate market is due to the way the pandemic was handled by the UAE government, the successful vaccination drive and the citizen's contribution to the community.

Madhav Dhar, Co-Founder and COO of ZaZEN Properties said, “The recent report by JLL is just another testament to the strength of our real estate market and the endless potential that the UAE has to offer. This is an indication of both the increasing demand that the sector is experiencing, as well as a strong commitment by our government and its leaders to create these opportunities for potential investors and buyers from all over the world."
