The National Basketball Association (NBA) along with the Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi has announced a multi-year partnership to host NBA games in the UAE.
Two of the pre-season NBA games will be held in October in Abu Dhabi.
The venue as well as the teams participating will be announced.
Abu Dhabi will also host a variety of interactive fan events with appearances from current and former NBA players, the launch of Jr. NBA Leagues for boys and girls at schools, a series of NBA Fit Clinics and an NBA 2K League exhibition event.
