As the Dubai International Airport (DXB) Northern runway is temporarily closing for refurbishments, some airlines are trasfering flights to Dubai World Central (DWC).
The runway closure will start from 9 May until 22 June and during the closure, DWC will handle over 1,000 flights every week, mainly from airlines including flydubai, Spice Jet, Indigo and Gulf Air.
Passengers are advised to check with the airlines to confirm the airport and terminal, to avoid confusion.
An inter-airport coach service will be available to transport passengers between DWC and DXB.
Additionally, free on-site parking will be available at DWC as well as special rates for RTA taxis from the airport.
