A book titled '50U' has been launched which tells the story of the UAE through the lives of 50 different people.
Published in celebration of the UAE's 50th jubilee, the book highlights the various roles the people in the UAE have played and how they have witnessed the positive changes that have shaped the country today.
The stories of a fisherman, an astronaut, a fashion designer, a contemporary artist and more, have been featured.
Launched at Alserkal Avenue, the book is the concept by Yasser Bin Khediya, a UAE businessman and his two daughters, Roadha and Khawla, who to brought the book to life with the help of a Dutch graphic designer and a specialist bookmaker Irma Boom.
