One metre of distance has to be maintained between worshippers and canned and bottled water will be allowed to be distributed.
The Holy Book of Quran will be allowed to be redistributed as long as it is sterilised after use.
Women's prayer halls will now be open during Ramadan.
Volunteers will be placed to ensure people are wearing their face masks, using their own or single-use prayer mats, as well as following the precautionary measures.
Daily lessons and lectures held by the President's scholar guests in the mosques will now be held.
