Over the weekend from 25 to 27 March, Expo 2020 Dubai has received over 1 million visits.
With the largest event since the pandemic coming to an end on 31 March, the site has received 22,937,830 visits since opening.
The aim of the Expo was to attract around 22.9 million and 25.4 million visits and has now reached the target, a big achievement considering the event held during a global pandemic.
As Expo comes to a close, the closing ceremony will feature unforgettable entertainment with singers Christina Aguilera, Norah Jones, Tiesto and Yo-Yo Ma set to perform.
Additionally, the closing ceremony will have fireworks go off at 12am as well as at 3am to signify the end of Expo 2020 Dubai.
