Al Hosn App has informed the public that there are currently two kinds of travel passes available, travel passes with test results and with vaccination.
The travel pass is required for commuting to Abu Dhabi as well as for entry into public spaces in the emirate.
A travel pass with test results will issue a certificate to the pass user and will turn the Al Hosn App status from grey to green.
The pass will only turn green with recent and regular negative PCR tests.
The travel pass with vaccination is applicable for individuals that are fully vaccinated with two doses of the vaccine. With this pass, the vaccine certificate is available on the app.
To maintain the green pass on the app with vaccinations, individuals need to take a booster shot after having taken their second dose six months prior.
