Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced that drivers can now pay for parking via WhatsApp, saving 30 fils every time you pay for parking through WhatsApp.
Individuals can do so by sending a message to Mahboub, RTA's chatbot on 058-8009090.
While paying, the message should include the plate number, space, zone number, space followed by the duration, for example, A00000 000A 2.
