As Christmas and New Year celebrations are coming up, the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) has updated new protocols.
Venues will operate at an 80% capacity with individuals attending need to have a valid PCR test, valid within 96 hours.
Mandatory temperature checks will be taken.
Barriers should be used at entry and exit to avoid overcrowding with regular sanitising followed.
A 1.5 metres distance should be maintained with face masks worn at all times and shaking hands avoided.
Individuals from the same family are allowed to sit together and do not need to maintain social distancing.
