DEKA is back for its second edition of the season with DEKA Mile.
Held outside the USA for the first time ever, the DEKA event will run on 27 November, the last day of the 30x30 Dubai Fitness Challenge.
The event will be held at Al Seef and will give participants the chance to compete with their previous scores.
Featuring a 1.6km run and ten DEKA zones, the event will test individuals from all fitness levels and is made up of challenges that do not require prior training to participate in.
Participants will have to do challenges like Deadball wall overs, box jump overs, reverse alternating lunge, med ball sit up throws, assault air bikes and more.
To receive the DEKA medal, individuals must participate in all three events, the DEKA Strong, DEKA Mile and DEKA Fit with the DEKA Trifecta taking place on 11 February 2022 at The Outlet Village, featuring variations of the events.
Individuals must be 16 and over to participate.
