UAE Added To Qatar Red List

According to the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar, the UAE has been added to the red travel list.

The list has already come into effect and the UAE is one of six more countries added making it 21 countries on the Qatar red list, including Barbados, Brunei Darussalam, Estonia, Ethiopia, Georgia, Iran, Latvia, Lithuania, Mongolia, Montenegro, Palestine, Romania, Russia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Serbia, Singapore, Syria, Turkey, United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates.

Vaccinated individuals above the age of 12 years, as well as unvaccinated children aged 11 and below accompanied by family members that are vaccinated, are required to quarantine at a hotel for two days or till the test result appears. Vaccines need to be one of those approved by the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar.

Unvaccinated individuals visiting Qatar need to quarantine at a hotel for seven days.
