Dubai Design Week is back for the year and will feature an amazing range of events and activations focused on enhancing Dubai's position as the hub for creativity and design.
The week of design and creativity will run from 8 to 13 November.
Individuals can participate in over 200 free to attend events revolving around pop-ups, exhibitions, installations, talks, workshops and more.
The event is in partnership with Dubai Design District, Dubai Culture and Art Authority and A.R.M. Holding and will be held in person at the main hub in d3 and around the city.
Over 130 international and regional brands and designers are set to hold exhibitions with more than 50 talks held by industry experts highlighting the latest trends and innovations in the design sphere.
Five architectural firms at the multimedia showcase called 2040: d3 Architecture Exhibition, will display their concepts for Dubai and its vision of Dubai in the next 20 years.
25 works done by creative talents based in the UAE will be displayed during the UAE Designer Exhibition 2.0.
Ahmed El Sharabassy's installation has been awarded with the headline Abwab commission for his proposal, 'Nature in Motion', which corresponds with the regenerative architecture and restorative design theme.
Additionally, the MENA Grad Show will feature ideas and solutions received from over 50 students from universities on how to make the world a better place through technology, science and design.
