Merlin Entertainment, the second-largest attraction operator in the world, has announced that a Madame Tussauds museum will open in Dubai.
The popular wax museum will be located at Bluewaters and will feature an array of up to 60 celebrities as well as 16 new wax figures added from the Middle East region.
The museum will be the 25th attraction in the world and the first one in the GCC.
Madame Tussauds' first museum was opened in London in 1835. The wax figures are created with precision and require an artist to spend 12 weeks to complete a figure.
The museum will feature six areas including, Music, Sports, Bollywood, Fashion, Leaders and Film and Media.

The new attraction will provide an immersive and exhilarating experience for visitors to enjoy the famous world of renowned celebrities and personalities.”
