Women in the UAE have been revealed to be better drivers than men, from data collected from the UAE Road Safety Monitor.
The data collected spanned over 6 years and has proven that women have fewer accidents in comparison to men, speed less, do not tailgate and indicate more.
Statistics show that women have fewer accidents than men. In a survey conducted in 2020, when asked whether the individuals have got into an accident over six month period, the results showed that 26% of men and 21% of women had got into accidents.
Both men and women agree that all laws and proper care need to be applied for a child's road safety with 79% of women and 75% of men using seat restraints for children.
71% of ladies and 65% of men always use their indicators while changing lanes.
