Middle East airlines have taken the recent United Airlines scandal into Twitter in a series of posts.
The Dubai-based Emirates has taken the opportunity to respond to United Airlines' CEO after the latter made a comment last month, "those (Gulf) airlines aren't real airlines". Release on their twitter page, Emirates underlines the fact that they are the best airline according to a recent TripAdvisor report.
Another airline has something to say, Royal Jordanian Airlines sent out a series of tweets ensuring customers that they will not be violently removed from flights.
Qatar Airlines reiterated their goal on providing the best service for their customers, even with their app updates.
United Airlines has since apologised and will compensate passengers on flight Dr David Dao was dragged off. The 69-year old doctor was one of four people randomly selected to get off the Chicago-Louisville flight to make way for crew members United wanted to board instead.
