Dubai’s permanent resident population reached 4.58 million by the end of 2025, recording a 7.5% annual growth rate after adding roughly 332,000 new residents in a single year, according to official data released by Digital Dubai through the Dubai Data and Statistics Establishment.
The figures show that the emirate’s daytime population expands to 6.392 million when temporary workers, commercial visitors, and tourists are factored in. These temporary workers and visitors adds nearly two million extra people to Dubai every day.
