Palma Development has unveiled plans for the Serenia Signature Clubhouse, a major new resident-only amenity centre to be developed as part of the Serenia District.
Serenia District by Palma Development is a Dhs 5 billion premium waterfront residential community located at the heart of Dubai's Jumeirah Islands. The new clubhouse will serve as the social and recreational core of the residential community, which includes high-end residential towers along the waterfront.
Spanning 100,000 square feet, the four-storey facility will be integrated into the upcoming Serenia West Residence, a 46 storey residential tower. The clubhouse will include an infinity pool, spa, rooftop café, indoor paddle court, fitness centre, half basketball court, games room and curated food and retail offerings. Designed by Japanese architecture firm Nikken Sekkei, the building will feature open-plan spaces, natural lighting, and landscaped interiors guided by the Japanese 'Ireko' design philosophy, which focusses on blending architecture with nature.
According to Palma Development, the clubhouse aims to provide residents with spaces that support both wellness and community interaction. It is divided into six lifestyle zones, offering a range of amenities for physical activity, relaxation, and social gatherings.
No official opening date has been confirmed yet, but construction is expected to align with the broader development timeline of Serenia West Residence.
