Dubai will take centre stage in the world of water sports as it welcomes over 3,000 elite swimmers, divers and water polo players from 40 countries for the Dubai International Aquatics Championships (DIAC). The prestigious competition, running from 21 March to 20 April, will be held at the Hamdan Sports Complex, one of the world’s most advanced aquatics venues.
Organised in collaboration with the UAE Swimming Federation and local academies, DIAC will feature five key water sports:
- Diving: 21 to 23 March
- Open Water Swimming: 5 and 6 April
- Water Polo: 5 April
- Synchronised Swimming: 12 and 13 April
- Swimming: 18 to 20 April
This diverse lineup ensures a dynamic and exciting championship, with top-tier athletes competing in a world-class facility.
