The 18th edition of the Dubai Airshow is gearing up for its return from 13 to 17 November, featuring more than 1,400 exhibitors representing 95 countries at Dubai World Central (DWC). To commemorate this grand event, travellers heading to Dubai International Airport (DXB) between 6 to 18 November will receive a unique passport stamp highlighting 'Dubai Airshow, the future of the aerospace industry'.

This initiative is a joint effort between the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) and Dubai Airports. It underscores the key role played by the Dubai Airshow in driving the aviation sector forward and elevating Dubai's status as a premier hub for tourism and air travel.

His Excellency Major General Mohamed Ahmed Al Marri, the esteemed General Director of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai, has emphasised that imprinting the Dubai Airshow logo on passengers' passports upon their arrival at DXB is a step taken to boost Dubai's standing as a prominent global destination. This gesture also serves to underscore the importance of the global industry event.

Furthermore, he added that the special stamp on passengers' passports reflects the readiness and passion to provide a unique and memorable experience to everyone who visits Dubai during the event. It aligns with Dubai Airports' dedication to collaborating with fellow industry leaders to deliver top-notch experiences for travellers.

In terms of the airshow, the 18th edition will also host a comprehensive conference agenda that will welcome more than 300 international speakers and feature more than 80 hours of insightful content to drive conversations on the most important industry topics such as sustainability, space, advanced aerial mobility, air traffic management, passenger experience, diversity, and much more.
