The amazing line-up for the annual Abu Dhabi Classics music programme has been announced. 

The events will include symphony concerts and ballet to a multicultural piano recital along with workshops and lectures by renowned musicians:

Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra with Daniel Harding

Held at the Emirates Palace Auditorium on 9 November, the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra with Daniel Harding is one of the best orchestras in the world and is set to perform beautiful classical music by Gustav Mahler. 

Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra with Daniel Harding and Leonidas Kavakos

The second concert is created for classical music lovers and beginners in the genre. Beethoven's popular 6th Symphony, the Pastorale will be played, with Leonidas Kavakos, one of the popular violinists playing on 10 November at Emirates Palace Auditorium.

National Ballet of Cuba: Carmen

Held on 25 November, guests can enjoy a thrilling performance with the Ballet Nacional de Cuba, one of the highly renowned dance companies at the Cultural Foundation Auditorium. The show Carmen, will tell the story of an enchanting seductress who radiates defiance and freedom, a tale with an ending more complex than a doomed love affair.

Israel Philharmonic Orchestra: Gala Concert

Emirates Palace Auditorium, held on 20 December will feature the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, founded in 1936. Featuring Europe's most talented symphonic players, the orchestra will be led by star conductor Lahav Shani.

Rebeca Omordia: 'African Pianism' Piano Recital

The African Pianism Piano Recital is set to feature the amazing works by classical composers from West Africa, South Africa and North Africa. Popular Nigerian-Romanian pianist, Rebeca Omordia will use local percussionists to play a Moroccan piece, ‘En attente du printemps’ for piano and darbuka on 20 January 2023 at the Cultural Foundation.
