Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) along with Dubai Municipality have made changes to the signboards and cycling and e-scooter tracks at Jumeriah Beach.
The new signboards offer a modern design with vibrant colours and aim to enhance the identity of the beach as a tourist destination.
Over 60 signs for jogging and cycling track users and the signs for the beach facilities were changed along with 84 signs providing visitors with instructions and safety guidance.
The signs for cycling and e-scooter tracks highlight that a 20km/h maximum speed is allowed, age requirement should be followed, protective gear should be worn as well as reckless driving is not allowed.
Some of the beach rules include children and beginners must swim in allotted areas, instructions by the lifeguards must be followed, camping and smoking are not allowed and fishing is not allowed.
