Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) has launched a #NeverStopLearning programme to enrich learning opportunities among pupils.
From 29 March to 7 April, year 11 to year 13 students can join virtual pop-up series to learn about study opportunities in Finland, the UK and the USA.
The Rize University Preparation and Career Guidance Programme will host webinars where students can enhance their core academic skills required for higher education, explore career and post-secondary pathways, aid their preparation for applying to educational institutions and identify talent for ADEK’s international scholarship opportunities.
On 29 and 30 March, the first webinar is a two hour 'Study in Finland’ which will run from 3pm to 5pm and will feature representatives from Finland, faculty and current students in Finland. The second webinar will focus on life in Finland, including their love for nature and their growing technology.
The webinar for the ‘Study in the USA’ will be held on 31 March and 1 April from 4pm to 7pm. Students will learn about life in the United States of America with the first seminar focusing on the available universities and their application processes. The second webinar will focus on the Common App, which is the largest global university application platform.
