The Emirates Group has launched a large-scale global recruitment drive, with plans to hire 17,300 new employees across a wide range of roles this financial year, from cabin crew and engineers to IT professionals and ground staff.
The new hires will support Emirates Airline and their global air services provider, dnata, as both companies continue to expand operations. The hiring drive spans 350 different job categories, with hundreds of positions open in key departments such as flight operations, customer service, sales, catering, HR, finance, and cargo handling.
Throughout the year, Emirates Group will hold more than 2,100 open days and recruitment events in 150 cities. These include Dubai-based events for Emirati graduates and UAE residents looking to join the organisation locally.
Emirates Group already employs more than 121,000 people worldwide, having added over 41,000 talented professionals since 2022. Last year alone, they received 3.7 million job applications from around the world, drawn by its strong brand, tax-free salaries, training opportunities, and wide-ranging travel benefits.
