During a holiday in Dubai, Anastasia Popova tragically lost her mother after a collapse caused by a rupture in her heart. Despite medical treatment, at a total of over Dhs 800,000, her mother did not survive. His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, heard of the tragic story and intervened to cover the total medical bill incurred by the incident.
