Dubai Police urge drivers to drive with caution on the roads during adverse weather conditions. Authorities also advised everyone to follow all preventive measures, fully comply with traffic laws and regulations, reduce speed, maintain a safe distance, and avoid being distracted by anything other than the road.
The force also confirmed their readiness to respond to emergency accident reports that may accompany rainfall. Authorities stressed the importance of exercising caution, staying away from water streams, and avoiding crossing valleys to ensure public safety.
Dubai Police further emphasised the importance of complying with guidelines issued by relevant authorities, including those related to beaches and marinas.
The public are encouraged to contact the Command and Control Centre at the General Department of Operations at 999 for emergencies, and 901 for non-emergency situations.
