Dubai has achieved another remarkable feat by securing yet another Guinness World Record! Wasl, a prominent real estate development and management company in the region, has earned a new Guinness World Record for having the 'Highest Running Track on a Building.'
The Sky Track by Wasl, situated on the 43rd floor of 1 Residences, a luxurious residential tower within the Wasl1 master development, underscores Dubai's dedication to fostering fitness, well-being, and motivating residents to lead active lives.
Situated at a height of 157 meters above ground level, Sky Track is a 335-meter rooftop track that offers fitness enthusiasts an extraordinary experience beyond what a typical gym workout provides. Both walkers and runners can relish unparalleled panoramic views of Dubai, encompassing iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, Zabeel Park, The Dubai Frame, Sheikh Zayed Road, historic Dubai, and the Arabian Gulf.

Wasl's second recognition by Guinness World Records comes after their previous achievement of creating the 'Largest Aerial Projection Screen' in 2018, a spectacular tribute during the 'Year of Zayed.' This event was dedicated to honoring the memory of the late His Highness Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the UAE's Founding Father.
