There is no need to hide your personality but do avoid clutter with lots of personal nick-knacks littering the place. The key to impressing your visitors is storage. This helps to keep you organised and hides away clutter. However, do let your personality shine through with quirky elements or cherished art or artefacts from your travels. Oversized, statement artwork also adds impact to any room.
