Everything is about the balance between mind and body and as you would expect, relaxation is encouraged, first with a refreshing shower, then by time in the steam room and sauna and a dip in the hot tub.
The relaxing full body massage is performed perfectly by the experienced masseuse at the pressure level of your choice. After this the cryotherapy facial, short bursts of very cold air, leaves the skin feeling quite tight, and where any signs of fatigue vanish.
On the top floor is a gym and a relaxation room where if nothing else a warm and relaxing cup of ginger tea continues the work started with all the treatments. The walls of the relaxation room are covered with live green plants which as well as looking very impressive, also have the added benefit of emitting fresh oxygen. There is also an oxygen release machine where you can experience having a pure oxygen supply to your nasal passage for 10 minutes, giving the sensation of literally “clearing your head”.
End the session with a perfect “aahhh” moment, and experience the healing powers and warmth just lyingon the quartz bed.
The Rayya Wellness Centre offers a perfect way to relax, escape the city life and have some much needed alone time.
