Campaign Launched To Promote UAE-Made Products

WAM

A major push to support local industry is now underway, as the UAE launches a national campaign under the ‘Make it in the Emirates’ platform to promote products made in the UAE.

The campaign, spearheaded by the Ministry of Industry and Advanced Technology, partners with nine leading retail and digital platforms, including ADNOC Distribution, Noon, Talabat, Tradeling, Grandiose, Carrefour, Lulu, Union Coop and Spinneys. Together, they’ll give UAE-made goods priority shelf space, dedicated e-commerce visibility and a host of incentives throughout May.

Retailers are also waiving registration fees, offering free digital marketing, and extending logistics support for up to three months to participating local manufacturers. New businesses will also benefit from onboarding assistance, help with product registration, and promotional boosts on social media.

The initiative is part of the UAE’s broader vision to boost industrial self-reliance and stimulate local innovation.
