The first-ever Michelin Guide in Dubai has been announced and features 69 amazing restaurants in Dubai to dine at.
Out of the 69 restaurants featured, 14 restaurants received the Bib Gourmand, with the highly sought Michelin stars given to 11 exceptional restaurants with nine restaurants receiving a one-star Michelin rating and two restaurants receiving a two-star rating.

- Il Ristorante - Niki Romito
Il Ristorante - Niki Romito is the one-stop destination for delicious modern Italian cooking. The ingredients are fresh and imported straight from Italy. While at the restaurant, enjoy dishes like roasted glazed lamb, Barolo slow-braised beef cheek, linguini pasta with lobster and prawns, spaghettoni with sea urchins and more. Located at Bulgari Hotel in Jumeriah, the restaurant has been awarded two Michelin stars for its exceptional cooking and is synonymous with balance, purity and clarity.

Situated at the One&Only The Palm, STAY by Yannick Alleno has been awarded two Michelin stars for its delicious and skillfully created French cuisine. 11 Woodfire at Jumeirah 1, owned by Chef Akmal Anuar, received one Michelin star for its amazing grills.
